Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities
• Successfully complete routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Assist the Technicians in performing service on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning.
• Perform limited diagnostic work.
• Act as materials runner when needed.
• Follow instructions and directions of the Supervisor and/or Service Manager
• Ensure company property, vehicles and tools are being properly used, maintained and accounted for.
• Fill-out all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner. 
• Abide by the company dress code and all company procedures, policies and systems. 
• Represent our company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.
• Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, complete and timely manner.
• Generate sales leads in accordance to (at least) our established minimum standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have a minimum of a Grade 12 education and a Gas Fitter 2 License.
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform precision tune-ups on residential HVAC equipment.
• Requires an understanding of time management and the ability to manage time effectively, efficiently and successfully.
• Must possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills necessary to resolve a customer complaint or concern.
• Requires good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills are needed. 
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on residential HVAC equipment is an asset.
• Previous related experience is an asset.
