Job Description:
Coordinates the installation process within the Branch to ensure that necessary equipment is available the job has been assigned to an installation crew the installation crew as the appropriate documentation and that the equipment, accessories, and parts are pulled from inventory and ready for loading on vehicle to transport to work site. Work is performed under general supervision in accordance with established procedures and process.

When notified by sales staff of an installation job, verifies that equipment is available, posts installation to schedule board, and calls customer to schedule installation. Enters required information in designated system to create job ticket, to record scheduled date and time, and to assign installation crew. Reviews documentation received from sales staff in order to identify items available from warehouse or that need to be ordered. As needed, enters required information into designated system in order to create Purchase Orders. Obtains management approval of purchase order and routes/retains purchasing documentation in accordance with standardized procedures. Generates copies of required documentation from designed system in order to compile installation packet for installation crew to ensure the installation crew has all the information, equipment, accessories, parts, and supplies needed for the installation. Pull materials from warehouse stock, verify all required materials are ready, and stage all equipment and parts needed for the days installations are ready and available to the appropriate crew or technician for each customers order. When job complete, reviews returned documentation to ensure complete, records receipt of payment in order to close job ticket, and routes/files documentation in accordance with standard procedures. Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities. Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned.

High School diploma or GED with experience in a warehouse or production coordination role preferred.

Ability to learn and follow company process and procedures. Ability to multitask in a busy work environment and to organize and manage multiple priorities. Experience or training the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software applications. Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a pleasant, business-like, and customer-focused manner. Ability to communicate with a diverse customer population. Ability to work effectively in both a team and an independent environment. Certified to operate a fork lift. Ability to stand and walk and to climb ladders and to balance while lifting or carrying materials. Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
