Job Description:
Under general supervision, manages key accounts relationships.

Personally services select key accounts. Manages weekly bid schedule. Prioritizes projects and communicates bid date and time, co-coordinating quoting responsibilities and objectives with Commercial Territory Managers. Manages quote follow-up process including updating weekly open quote reports and coordination with 3rd party vendors. Follows and records final project outcome. Assists in credit and collection activities. Manages the order credit approval process to avoid delays and past due orders. Prepares and manages submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances. Coordinates and manages quotes and orders within guidelines for residential districts.

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent. Requires at least 2 years sales experience including industry-specific sales experience.

Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

The Commercial Sales Administrator is accountable to the Lead Sales Administrator for providing direct support to district personnel regarding all facets of carrying out commercial business; providing contractor technical support; preparing and following up on quotations and submittals; managing assigned accounts and creating, and nurturing a viable partnership with commercial customers

Minimum Qualifications: 
University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent related work experience; 2- 3 years HVAC experience preferred, strong written and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; demonstrated professional demeanor; diplomatic and courteous at all times.  Willing to develop and maintain relevant skills and participate in further training; team player; able to work effectively under pressure: Strong computer experience essential, knowledge of Excel, Word, CRM & SAP preferred.
