Job Description:
Under general supervision, develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services in large national accounts.

Assists in growing sales with a few target existing or prospective national accounts. Selects the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Participates in negotiation of prices and terms of sales and service agreements. Insures high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers. Participates in account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent. Requires at least 2 years sales experience including industry-specific sales experience.

Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

Overview:

style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Results oriented individual will be
responsible for identifying, developing, selling and managing
mutli-million dollar accounts. Account contracts will consist of HVAC
equipment, Preventative Maintenance, Full Service and solution
selling.  The National Account Manager for Lennox Commercial
must be an expert in navigating complex organizations and in
developing relationships with multiple buying influences within
national Retail, Restaurant, Theater, Supermarket and C-Store
organizations in the Southwest Territory of US (TX, NM, AZ,
CO). Must be able to develop solid, long term relationships within
these organizations, including:


  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">VP & Director of Construction
  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">VP & Director of Procurement

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">VP & Director of Facilities

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">VP & Director of
    Energy/Sustainability

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Project Managers

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Project Engineers

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Accounts Payable


style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Candidate must have a successful track record
in:


  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Developing new, and growing existing, national
    multi-site customers

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Negotiating and executing contractual
    agreements to solidify relationships and provide a framework for
    future sales

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Participation in customer’s capital
    planning process and position company as the exclusive supplier

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Analysis of sales data, and the ability to
    develop strategies and action plans for insuring successful business
    results and maximize returns

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Experience in the HVAC Commercial products -
    specifically: rooftop units, split systems

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Demonstrated sense of urgency, commitment and
    sense of ownership

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Persuasive verbal, written and presentation
    skills

  • style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt">Proven organizational skills and excellent
    follow-up skills
