Job Description:
Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support to a business unit, department, or other organization group.

Responds to inquiries and follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out. Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Researches and obtains information for reports and special assignments. Assists with departmental projects. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

High school diploma or equivalent required and at least 5 years experience.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Expertise in Excel spreadsheets and data manipulation preferred. Must be able to prioritize work on multiple tasks and maintain organization. Excellent customer service skills. Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reconciles all CAM, tax, and
insurance charges
lease documents and entered the terms into the accounting
system/lease administration database according to a standardized set
of guidelines.  Analyzes leasehold CAM, Tax, and Insurance
Contacts Landlords
and other real estate personnel (brokers, Lennox managers) to
reconcile issues and reconcile charge and payment issues. Follows up
to obtain signatures and mail out lease documents. Ensures that
estoppels and other time sensitive documents are received before
Produces reports
from lease database upon request. Generates rent roll for Service
Experts every month, and follows up on issues/changes.

tenants, and additional assistance as needed.
