|Provides a free in-home presentation to residential customers on the products that Service Experts offers.
Follows-up on sales leads, referrals, and initiates calls to generate sales. Schedules sales appointments to conduct home assessments and consulting with home owners regarding the comfort and energy efficiency in their home. Drives self-generated leads through customer referral and networking. Prepares recommendations and pricing, presents proposals, negotiates and closes sales. Delivers sales presentations on residential heating and cooling products and services. Plans and delivers on forecasted goals. Adheres to policies, procedures, programs and services.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer Bachelor's degree. Requires minimum of 1 year of sales experience, valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service orientation with strong presentation and communication skills. Excellent time management and planning skills. Availability for local appointments including nights and weekends to accommodate the potential clients schedule. Highly ambitious results oriented spirit self motivated.

Upon hire the Residential Sales Consultant will receive Paid on the job training to learn the Service Experts selling process, presentation materials, and technical product knowledge. This training has proven to be successful in developing professional and successful Sales Consultants. In addition, Service Experts will provide you with a company vehicle, mobile phone and necessary sales tools to assist you in maximizing your selling time in the field.
The Residential Sales Consultant is an outside sales position which provides a free in-home presentation to customers on the products that Service Experts offers. Each customer appointment is pre-set, scheduled, and confirmed in advance of the in-home visit.
Our Sales Professionals conduct in-home assessments and consult with home owners regarding their comfort and energy efficiency needs, prepare recommendations and pricing, present proposals, negotiate and close sales.
Service Experts requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred. We require a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Those that apply must possess excellent customer service orientation with dynamic presentation and communication skills, excellent time management and planning skills. Availability for local appointments including nights and weekends to accommodate the potential client's schedule is required. We are seeking highly ambitious and result oriented performers.
