Duties & Responsibilities
/>• Acts as a key resource for General Managers
and Lead Administrative Assistants.
• Acts as a
financial liaison with NAAC and the SE Compliance Controller.
/>• Coordinates with the NAAC to ensure that all
transactions are processed as per company procedures in an effort to
ensure the journals, ledgers and other records, including payroll
records, are properly maintained.
• Review with
Region and Area management reports, as required, together with
analysis of targeted performance and problem areas.
/>• Coordinate the implementation and administration of
company policies, procedures, systems and controls within the Region
that have a direct effect on the organization’s accounting
• Work with the Regional Directors and
General Managers on collection of accounts receivable and other
moneys due the company.
• Work with the Regional
Finance Manager to analyze and interpret trends for
management’s attention, and preparation of findings and
specific recommendations to senior management.

processing of transactions recording of operating results.
/>• Represent our company professionally, honestly and
ethically in all business matters and concerns.
/>• Advise the Regional Directors and General Managers on
measures required to conserve the assets and positive cash flow of
the company with respect to working capital.
/>• Provide oversight and guidance to Area Management on
follow up on accounts and other obligations due the company.
/>• Perform periodic review of job progress reports for
variances and approval.
• Take reasonable steps
to guard against possible theft of company property and moneys.
/>• Coordinate and conduct, as needed, SOX and asset
• Assist the Regional Finance Manager as
requested on all financial matters within the Region.
/>• Other duties as assigned

available for travel, as required, within the Region, Areas and to

specifically to the HVAC/R industry.
• The ability to
accurately and completely analyze a Financial Statement, recognize
problem areas, and provide solid successful solutions and corrective

job costing, profit margins and accounting.
