|Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance or research setting.
Making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative tests. performing routine calculations and determinations on tests and evaluating physical characteristics. Assists in recording data for experiments and procedures. Uses various instruments to prepare for and perform tests. Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments.
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Typically requires at least 3 year experience.
Strong oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of laboratory equipment, and principles involved with what is being tested.
